I’m assuming the soap dispenser is sensor operated. Any type of liquid soap should work in that including this shower oil. It is not an oil consistency but moisturizing like one. It resembles more like a hand soap. Hope this helps

I have not noticed anything unusual on my shower walls, same as using bar soap. I spray the shower walls every other day or so with Clean Shower.
