No only Water and Nitrogen. Nitrogen is not toxic. I believe that is used in aerosol cans. I’ve used it for years. No problems. You may want to “google” Nitrogen to be assured.

It would probably work. I like to use Evian spray to add moisture and I don’t use setting sprays. It won’t hurt to try.
