Q. Does this product really work? Why does the so-called “dirt” appear even if I use the product on surfaces that is not skin?
A. We wanted to clear things up! When you use the product, the particles that look like black/grey ‘dead skin’ is not actually the ‘dead skin’ itself, but the charcoal powder (that’s in the formula) with skin detoxification properties that is absorbed into the skin and “pills” (pilling) formed by lumping together with dirt and foreign substances/waste. Also, when the charcoal powder is absorbed by other foreign substances, other than skin, these ‘pills’/particles can also form.
These so called “pills” will then help in exfoliating the skin. And after exfoliation, you can feel that your skin is smoother and brightened. With extended use, you can see the effects of pore care, dead skin care, and enhanced skin elasticity as well.
