I confined application to my upper chest and neck. My dermatologist was impressed. Due to the pandemic, I cut back on costs, & tried the Gold Bond neck & chest and their anti-aging hand cream.

Thanks for your question. Body Firm is the parent company of Crepe Erase, and it was recently added to our packaging. This is the same product as our previous packaging that didn’t say Body Firm.

I had the same thing happen. I know that I wouldn’t receive a jar that was overflowing with the product as you see on TV. But I was at least expecting the jar to be full, not half or two thirds full. Complete rip off!! And it really doesn’t work any better than a good quality skin lotion
