CeraVe website reads not tested on animals ( 11/6/ 22 ). Looking at so many cosmetic companies, it seems like some don’t do testing themselves, but have third parties do it, so they can claim cruelty free. Not sure if this is one of those companies or not.

No. I have oily skin and it’s not too oily for me, so it definitely won’t be to oily on normal skin.

It’s true you could use a face cream instead, however, niacinimide is the 2nd ingredient in this cream and will really help brighten your under eyes.
