Since its fragile, is the packaging secure?

Answer:

Yes, as of 2017, still comes securely wrapped up in bubble wrap. Arrived safely, no leaking! I love this nail polish. Have been using this brand for over 15 years.

how long does it last?

Answer:

I can generally get a week out of a manicure with OPI polish. I use Seche Vite top coat as well.
