This was the year of the Pre and After Shave Cream, which surprised with its freshness and efficacy: it was first embraced by Italian barbers and then by an ever-growing number of home shavers. I’m not sure. My pump worked fine… You may have to take the pump out and try different maneuvers to get it to work. If all else fails, you may have to re-order it, or put it in a cool little bottle with a pump that works. That’s what I would do 🙂
